The Event Flo™ provides the following services for weddings, private celebrations, and corporate events:
Services are provided per event based on the package selected at time of booking — Essential, Signature, or Immersive.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package fee is required to secure your event date. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your event date.
Late Payment: Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services without refund of the deposit.
Accepted Payment Methods: Credit card, debit card, and other methods available through our secure checkout powered by Stripe.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Azaria Systems LLC will appear on your bank or card statement.
30+ days before event: Deposit is non-refundable. Any amount paid beyond the deposit will be refunded in full.
15–29 days before event: 50% of the total package fee is non-refundable. Remaining balance will be refunded.
Less than 14 days before event: No refund will be issued. The full package fee is non-refundable.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to hello@theeventflo.com.
You may request to reschedule your event date subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 21 days before your original event date.
One complimentary reschedule is permitted per booking. Additional reschedules may incur an administrative fee of $150.
Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to our availability on your requested new date.

The Event Flo™ is not responsible for service limitations caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
The Event Flo™ uses artificial intelligence technology to power the Flo™ concierge. While Flo™ is trained on your specific event details, AI responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete.
The Event Flo™ does not guarantee that Flo™ will answer every guest question perfectly. We recommend that a human event coordinator remain available for complex or sensitive guest needs.
Service availability depends on stable internet connectivity at the venue. The Event Flo™ is not responsible for service interruptions caused by poor venue WiFi or mobile network coverage.
The Event Flo™, Flo™, and all associated branding, technology, and content are the intellectual property of Azaria Systems LLC. All rights reserved.
Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use The Event Flo™ platform for their specific event only. The platform may not be resold, sublicensed, or used for any other purpose.
Guest names, contact details, and event information provided to The Event Flo™ are used solely for the purpose of delivering your event experience. We do not sell or share guest data with third parties.
By using our services, guests consent to their name and table information being stored in our system for the duration of the event. All guest data is deleted from our systems within 90 days after your event.
Photos uploaded to the live gallery by guests are stored and delivered to the couple as part of the post-event keepsake. Guests are responsible for ensuring they have permission to upload any photos they share.
The Event Flo™ and Azaria Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific event in question.
The Event Flo™ is a technology and experience platform. We are not responsible for the physical logistics, catering, or operations of your event venue or vendors.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
The Event Flo™ reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
By providing your phone number to The Event Flo™ through any form, checkout, or registration on our website or platforms, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS) from The Event Flo™ and Azaria Systems LLC.

Message frequency varies per event. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe from all SMS communications. You will receive one final confirmation message.

Opting out of SMS communications does not affect your event booking or any services you have paid for. You may still receive essential service communications via email.
